How it works

A simple path from inquiry to estimate

No plan upload is required to start. Send the project basics, then confirm the estimate scope before any paid work begins.

01

Send the project brief

Share your name, company, email, phone, and a short message about the project, trades, location, or bid timing.

02

Confirm scope & timing

The requested work, assumptions, fee, deliverables, and expected turnaround are confirmed after review.

03

Coordinate plan sharing

Drawing uploads and Dropbox links are paused. The next step for sharing plans is coordinated after the inquiry is reviewed.

Common questions

Before you request an estimate

What can I include in an estimate request?

Use the message field to describe the project type, trades or divisions, location, and bid deadline. The request form only asks for your contact details and message.

Can I upload plans or share a Dropbox link?

Not at this time. Public plan uploads and Dropbox links are temporarily paused. Start with a brief inquiry; plan-sharing next steps are coordinated after review.

How long does an estimate take?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after the drawings and scope are confirmed. Larger or highly detailed projects may take longer; final timing is confirmed after review.

Does submitting the form start paid work?

No. The form sends an inquiry and does not collect payment. Fast Estimating confirms the scope, fee, deliverables, and timing before estimating work begins.
